Confused Flour Beetles (Tribolium confusum get its name because folks often confuse them with the Red Flour Beetle. The Confused Flour Beetle cannot fly while the Red Flour Beetle can fly a short distance.

Which Fish Will Eat Them: The larvae can be fed to Sub-adults like Gouramis, Bubble Nesting Bettas, Apistogrammas, Epilaty Killifish, Corydoras and White Clouds. The beetle can be fed to large surface feeder fish.
